「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room.
There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible.
Anyway We won't come back again」

「We only stayed one night in Puerto Vallarta before heading to Nuevo Vallarta. The Tropicana was nice, we booked a superior room withe pool view but to our surprise was also a partial ocean view. We did not use the pool since it was raining that evening. We look forward to staying there again for a longer stay in the future since we loved how close the hotel is to the ocean.」

「The staff were excellent, and super-patient with our broken Spanish! Everyone was very accommodating with the approaching hurricane. The room was exactly as pictured; very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast and rooftop pool were among the highlights of our trip. The property is so well-maintained and very tranquil. Perfect location for exploring the tourist areas of Vallarta by foot. We will be back!」
