“Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht verdient mehr als 5 Sterne. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Maria Luz empfangen. Obwohl sie direkt über uns wohnten haben wir sie nur vielleicht 4 mal kurz gesehen. Sie hat sich immer erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Man muß auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben, da das Haus sehr hoch gelegen ist. Auch führen sehr viele Stufen von der Straße ins Haus hinunter. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Wir möchten uns auch noch einmal bei Maria……

“Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. So wie in der Objektbeschreibung beschrieben. Zu Fuß (Strand und Promenade, Hafen, Rambla und Altstadt) und mit der Metro ist alles erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist alles nötige vorhanden. Wir 8 Personen hatten eine sehr schöne Tour gehabt. Sehr empfehlenswert.”

A l'intérieur, la maison est grande et fonctionnelle (la grande salle du bas est très pratique) Par contre elle est sous équipée : manque de table à l'extérieur, manque de chaises, la vaisselle (poêles, grille pain...) très abîmée, et les meubles sont très vétustes. Les 2 lits enfants sont jusqu'à 8 ans à peine. C'est dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose pour qu'elle soit parfaite!”
