“Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L’appartement se situe près du Tet, à 2 minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous avons adoré l’appartement qui était tout équipé et spacieux. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et remercions les propriétaires pour tout. Nous avons utilisé le parking de la résidence, ce qui est très rare pour un logement en ville. ”

“Wir wurden freundlich vom Gastgeber empfangen und bekamen eine gute Einweisung.Die Ferienwohnung hat eine kleine Terrasse wo wir gut Frühstücken u Essen konnten.Die Lage ist zentral und strandnah.Die umliegenden Bäume boten ausreichend Schatten. Die Klimaanlage war leicht einstellbar und ist an besonders heißen Tagen sehr wichtig.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Hubert & Marita”

“Muy recomendable, perfectamente ubicado a dos calles del museo Dali y en el epicentro del comercio peatonal y centro histórico de la ciudad. Perfecto para parejas, en nuestro caso con dos niños que apañamos en el sofacama. Cocina supercompleta, lavadora, lavaplatos, nevera, etc. La zona es muy transitada, por lo que te obliga a dormir con ventanas y puertas cerradas, pero tiene aire acondicionado. Esta totalmente reformado y extremadamente limpio. Preparate para aparcar en los alrededores y……

“Die Wohnung ist einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber sie ist ruhig und die Lage ist toll, die Verwaltung sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”

“The property was a perfect place for our family (with 2 teenage boys) to relax for a couple of weeks. Conveniently located a few minutes from the centre of Perpignan (but with no sense of being in the city), around 10 minutes from the expansive sands of Canet Plage and with great views of the Pyrenees. We made good use of the lovely pool area, table tennis, etc. and well-maintained grounds. James is a very obliging, friendly and un-intrusive host. We hope to return!”
