"All facilities and receptionist services were exceptional. The bathroom and heating were absolute lifesavers for my spouse and me during bad weather, and the room was exceptionally spacious, warm, and comfortable.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with a great selection of both hot and cold beverages. The staff were very proactive in clearing empty plates and replenishing food promptly.
The only issue to note is that the shuttle reservation website prevented me from successfully completing my booking, constantly freezing on the final confirmation step. Due to mobile international roaming, I couldn't place a call to the front desk via local phone either. Fortunately, the late-night hotel shuttle driver kindly called the next shuttle for us (as the first one was full), and we were finally able to catch a ride to the hotel from Federal Circle."
