"Had a phone call shortly before visit that my card would not run and they may have to cancel room. Gave them two different card numbers and neither one would process. Told them I would pay cash. When I arrived none of their credit cards were processing. This is entirely unacceptable and a backup option needs to be in place with a separate way to charge if they have a system issue. Some of us rely on credit cards to pay. After I got checked in and to my room everything there was really good but the remote to the tv did not work. So I had no tv. For $271 a night at a very low star hotel they should have their cleaning service ensure the remote turns the tv on and off before finalizing room. Had it not been for the credit card issue, the less than friendly staff and the remote I would have raised my rating from the last visit. As it stands this hotel needs some improvement especially at these prices which they only get due to being right by Winstar. In any other town these rooms would only be worth 80 bucks a night. If you have the cash stay somewhere else."

"Easy check in. Short drive to Winstar. Nice room. Bed was comfortable. Hair strands in shower which was yuck. "

"Our stay was adequate. The staff was present and accommodating, but the overall feel of the hotel was rundown. We were 2, staying for a week, but we got 1 each washcloth, hand towel and coffee cup. There were 2 bath towels, but we prefer not to share our face cloths & hand towels. When I asked for the missing towels & more cups, her response was "so you want another wash cloth?" Um... We didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on it, but we probably would not stay at this hotel again."

"The room smelled like smoke and musty damp. The entire property likely needs a redo. We brought out dog so maybe they put us in the dog friendly room that were gross. I wouldn't stay again but it was one of only two hotels in the area that allowed pets. "
