「The hotel décor is good, very clean and comfortable.
Staffs are excellent, friendly and patient. Breakfast is good.
Hotel is next to St Lazard station, convenience to take train and metro.
Unfortunately the shower room has no curtain, after shower, especially washing hair, toilet is all wet. If this is not improved, I don't think I will stay again as shower is very important after a long day without taking care of watering on the floor.」

「This is a charming and elegant facility with a friendly, helpful proprietor who went out of his way to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. A couple with two to four children would feel like a royal family here. Low-to-the-floor beds and lack of adequate storage space were a bit awkward for two older ladies in what would be the children's room. All in all, a delightful experience.」

「This is an oasis in the middle of Sarlat. The hotel is gorgeous with beautiful decor and very historic. We loved learning about the building. The personnel were so lovely. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular, Katiya was so nice. Her breakfast spread was so generous and I loved speaking French with her! 「A very pretty hotel built around this magnificent Chateau. Two nice pools the adults only located at the front of the Chateau in a fantastic location. 「Bij aankomst stond onze naam niet op het papiertje, hadden laat online geboekt, dus kan gebeuren. Dan werden we naar een kamer buiten gebracht die al in bezit bleek ge zijn. Dan maar naar binnen in het huis waar we een kamer kregen waarbij toilet en badkamer zich op de gang bevonden. Aangegeven dat we hier niet voor betaald hebben en dan hebben we wel kamer met douche en wc gekregen. Eind goed al goed, Nathalie was heel lief en behulpzaam! In alle eerlijkheid mist dit verblijf (naar ons gevoel)...
