The property is very old and in bad shape. All the outlets were worn out. Small TV. Shower barely worked. Furniture worn out. Carpets filthy. The only part of the breakfast that was ok was the coffee. Cereals mislabeled. Bagels stale.

This property was clean and as advertised. The rooms had obviously been remodeled but one of the beds squeeked and the mattress was in poorer condition than the other. The staff was inconsiderate putting a elderly handicapped guest in one of the few rooms that didn't have an elevator nor was a ground ...

Hotel South Tampa & Suites
Room was clean and tidy, very spacious and the kitchen was perfect for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable and rooms serviced daily. I picked the location as it was central to everywhere I needed to go. I highly recommend this property.
