"La atención fue pésima. Tal y como se solicita, se contacto para avisar de la hora de nuestra llegada, y tras muchos intentos al fin nos cogieron el teléfono. Hubo problemas con la calefacción y la caldera ya que no funcionaba, por lo que los radiadores no calentaban, al llamar a Marta nos indico que la calefacción era central y que si la casa estaba a 22 grados no se encendía, cosa que nos extraño. "Muy decepcionada con la estancia. Nada más llegar tuvimos que estar limpiando todo el mobiliario del patio con una única bayeta que disponía la casa porque no podíamos ni sentarnos de toda la suciedad que tenían tanto las sillas como la mesa. La casa dispone de un menaje muy escaso ( no tenía ni mantel), de una bañera muy deteriorada y de un wc roto que no pudimos usar. "
