"Suoer scaey looking place. Looks like something off of a scary movie. Turns out they gave a bunch of people fake res3rvstions. So i did t even have a room"

"Everything worked out as advertised. Easy to find and check in. Room was everything we needed. Tina was easy to communicate with and friendly to chat with when we saw her. Great place to stay if going to Fall Creek Falls or anything else in the area."

"Hotel amenities were very nice and a great location. The room was clean and cozy. I had no concerns about safety. Janet was very kind and attentive. The pool looked clean and inviting; however, TN is too cold for this FL gal. Thank you for the hospitality!! "

"The sheets/blankets weren’t clean. We had to go to Walmart to get blankets. The bathroom surprisingly was the cleanest place in the whole room. There was a weird wet spot in the floor, I think it was from the fridge as it was unplugged and cut off when we arrived. The containers that the breakfast snacks were in were not clean, hot tub was literally a tub w/ hot water, no jets no nothing & needed cleaning. Ceilings looked like they were gonna fall out. Def could’ve been a better and cleaner experience especially for what we paid for the weekend. They had so many rules also- including telling us we couldn’t take anything from the breakfast area to our room which I thought was weird. The guy manager was good but besides that, that’s the only good thing out of the weekend. Wouldn’t stay again."
