“Beautiful, relaxing, small winery. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked last minute and didn’t notice the stay included a complementary wine tasting, which we missed because we checked in late. Claudine made sure to let us know and arrange the wine tasting the next day for us in their cozy and beautiful cellar. It was a delight to try the wines and hear about them from Claudine. We would definitely recommend Lovane for anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place. ”

“My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Coopmanhuijs while in Stellenbosch. It was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and acommodating. The restaurant was outstanding. Our reservation included breakfast and we were able to order off of a menu and/or opt for the generous buffet. We also ate dinner at the restuarant and it was beyond delicious. (Springbok carpaccio!) “What a gem!
Andrew and Charmaine are wonderful hosts, so friendly, and helpful with tips about restaurants in the area, and more.
The guesthouse is wonderful. The furnishings, fixtures and fittings are modern and functional. The bed was comfy. The room amenities included a safe, small fridge, AC, TV and coffee/tea station. The bathroom was well appointed. The toiletries are top class. Breakfast (cooked to order) was delicious.
All in all, a great experience. Easy to recommend. Thanks guys!”
