「The condo was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, making meal times much easier. There was a washer and dryer in the unit which was not advertised but awesome. I would definitely stay again! My only complaint is the walls and floors are rather thin so i could hear the neighbors walking around late at night.」

「We had a very enjoyable visit to the Mississippi Coast and the Sandpiper Cottage was the perfect place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, great location with easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi and Ocean Springs. Hosts Andy & Jennifer were very accommodating, welcoming and provided valuable restaurant & area recommendations! The cottage was totally comfortable and had everything we needed.」

「This is my third trip under this host. If this was my first trip, I probably wouldn’t return. However, I understand things happen and we will probably be back for future trips. Our room had gnats, a roach, and maggots in the trashcan. We cleaned what we could and made the best of our trip while we could. I would also recommend bringing an extra flat sheet as sun shade. Our room never got below 72 degrees the entire trip and I believe it’s from over half the sun shades missing on the balcony...

「We live in TN and wanted to get to the beach for the weekend. Kathryn's house was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious with a beautiful ocean view! We arrived on Friday to an immaculent house and plenty of information to walk us through all of it's features. Saturday morning was disappointing weather wise but we were able to have coffee on the porch and watch a beautiful lightening storm over the ocean. Luckily it cleared up and we set out to see Gulfport and Biloxi. So many things to do...
