  • Welcome to our cozy retreat in Brookswood, BC! Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood at 204 & 42A Avenue, just minutes from the George Preston Recreation Centre, this charming 3-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
    ✅ Ample parking available — even for large trucks in the front yard.
    🚫 Important: Parties and events are strictly not allowed.
    🚫Extra fee for pet.

    Note: The laundry room is downstairs. Our tenants and we live downstairs, so please keep it quiet.
    This is beautiful 2 story house , you will be living in Entire upper floor, you have your own entrance with smart locks and 2 security cameras .

    NOTE: The basement entry already rented to 2 lovely, quiet and responsibility tenants. They have their own entrance and own space , they won’t go upstairs or sharing anything with you during your stay ☺️.
    A/C is a bonus for the hot summer! Schools, rec & all amenities near!

This was a great place to stay!! Had everything you would need and was very comfortable. The place itself is really nice and spacious, beds were very comfortable. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here.

It was a perfect size for the family, Great place and great location. The only thing is they have tenants downstairs and if you get kids and wants to stay up late you have to refrain from making loud noise after ten pm.

Great space. Very clean. Kitchen and bathroom amazing. Loved the deck area. Laundry was easy to use. Parking right there in driveway. Bedrooms ok. Love to have upgraded mattresses- but overall spacious. We will be back to stay!! Thank you so much.

House wasnt cleaned upon arrival. Host did have it cleaned while we were out, nice layout and good location. We were able to chek in early which was nice. Kitchen was well stocked although we didnt use it ended up cooking at our son's new place. Nice power recliners in the living room and the master brm had a comfy bed.

Worth the stay

We were impressed with the overall experience of our stay in this lovely home. A few minor glitches in the start but were taken care of quickly. Having stayed in numerous VRBO properties, I would consider returning to this one! Thank you Thao, your home provided our family a nice place to stay!
