Do not recommend, looks nothing like the photos very out dated. Not safe you can walk in and assess the hotel without a key card. We were very disappointed in the state of the hotel compared to the photos shown for the price we paid when we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same price. Very misleading and over priced. The only plus was being close to the port and other amenities. Expedia needs to overview their terms and conditions for posting properties as this should not be allowed after reading other comments and reviews it seems as if they get hidden and information isn’t available upfront

Plumbing problems. Our toilet barely flushed so we could not use it. Front desk offered us a plunger or wait until next morning after 9am for house keeping to take a look at it. Rooms were way too small for the $ we paid and the elevator didn’t work when we arrived .

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The room is small but is fine given the price. The only thing I complained about is the noise from AC and the outside area. Overall, I still very recommend this hotel! (I appreciate that the hotel takes client feedback very carefully; they responded to my feedback sent through their official feedback collection channel seriously!)

Very convenient for our cruise at Canada Place. Underground parking allowed us to easily check in and then retrieve our bags. Once we were checked in, we drove the couple blocks the Canada Place Parking (Indigo Neo). Very convenient. The bed and pillow wasn’t to my liking, but that’s ok

This hotel has great staff that they should be proud of. Staff was kind and courteous. The location was great. The room and the amenities were terrible. For the price they charged, I expected a bit more attention to details.
