This is a beautiful hotel with excellent friendly staff. Bed is very clean and comfortable. Room clean and well laid out for comfort. Food is delicious with layers of flavors and well presented. Room service was excellent and quick. We also appreciated Dev and Lilly help with an issue presented. We will definitely stay here when visiting Vancouver again soon.

Staff very efficient and friendly. Just not a great part of Vancouver to walk around. Room was very well appointed. Could have used a stocked bar fridge. Restaurant was a nice surprise. Menu was very good and food was very well presented and excellently cooked.

Almost all staff were excellent, the only downside was the rather surly woman serving breakfast each day. Apart from that every request was handled with a smile. I would recommend this property to all.

I have to say we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room service staff were amazing but the food was average- Drink at the bar were lovely. If you have an extra person staying on the pull out coach ensure you get a topper as the mattress available is less than desirable. The room itself was decent - 6th floor didn't have a good view of anything. Our upgrade to a kitchen suite wasn't needed and we felt like it took up space we could have used but we're over all happy and would consider staying again.
