"Nice large room, and very helpful staff who changed are room to a quieter position. Very good amenities and hotel is close to tram stops which take you into central Zagreb.Breakfast is very good and also secure parking on site."

"The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Thank her for us please,as she wasn't around when we left. The room was clean and comfortable although a little tired. Bed was awesome. Casino was an added bonus. We were looked after by attentive staff while we were there. Location and parking was also a bonus. A pleasant stay. Number disappointment at most accommodation is the lack of luggage racks. "

"Property is in desperate need of a renovation. The bathroom appears to be about 50 years old. The room had an overwhelming fragrance that smelled like baby powder that made me think they were trying to cover an unpleasant odor. There were food crumbs beside the bed, so the room clearly hadn't been vacuumed. The staff we encountered were friendly and that was the only redeeming quality."
