The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped with reservations and gave wonderful sightseeing advice. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms were clean. I would highly recommend.

Great 3 night stay at this lovely hotel - modern, stylish and comfortable rooms, all spotlessly clean, and a good location in the centre of this attractive town. And in particular the staff were brilliant - so friendly, helpful and polite. A coffee machine in the room and it would be 10/10 , but I'd still happily recommend it.

Grateful for this gem

This hotel was not my first choice-- I was hoping for something cheaper-- but I booked it due to the limited openings available as I took the train into Varese. This hotel is small, has a personal touch, and the accommodations were excellent. The room was clean, fresh, and welcoming and the bed was fitted wonderfully. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the continental breakfast a nice start to each day, and the location excellent. Ultimately this 'alternate' choice was ideal and I will definitely stay here again.

This was a most fabulous hotel and the staff was even better. They helped us with everything and with a smile. The rooms are very clean and updated. I patio was beautiful and lovely to have a drink or breakfast on. I highly highly recommend this hotel

A Very Comfortable, Central Hotel

A nice, clean hotel in the centre of Varese. The staff are very professional and helpful, the rooms a good size and comfortable. The bathrooms are big and well appointed. Breakfast is very good with the option, for a small extra charge, to have cooked dishes too. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Varese.

Best service!

Very pretty and well-kept hotel near railway station. Varese is nice place to visit before heading to Malpensa airport. The service was super, everyone was more than helpful! They even served us breakfast at 6.30 before we left. The room was fresh and quiet. I appreciate good night sleep and this hotel was perfect for that. Thanks! If you visit Varese, you must choose this hotel!

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten, zentrumsnahen Lage – ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings war der Boden nicht ganz perfekt sauber. Trotzdem überwiegen die positiven Eindrücke deutlich – ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel steht sehr zentral, Zimmer sind sauber und schön gestaltet. Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich. Parkplätze im Innenhof vorhanden und von externen nicht zugänglich. Bin wirklich immer wieder gerne dort. Werde es auch in Zukunft besuchen wenn ich nach Varese gehe.
