"The ocean view condo unit was perfect and it was very comfortable, nice, clean and peaceful with no problems whatsoever. Downstairs was a restaurant with so many great food options and the food was amazing too. Kitchen staff were very friendly, nice and helpful."

"Tin Wis is truly one of the most stunning places on the west coast. It is a magical property with gorgeous views, a practically private beach and beautifully kept grounds. The rooms are clean and well equipped and all have a view to the beach. The hotel breakfast is standard continental fare but nothing special. The afternoon and evening service was good- lots of variety and healthy options as well as cocktails and desserts. Our only complaint was minor- the beds were really firm with very little give. Make sure to walk the beach and enjoy the wildlife."

"When we arrived in our unit, i noticed that one of the Closer doors in the entrance was off it’s support and sliding on the floor. I was able to fix it. The dresser drawers to put away our close were dirty so I had to clean them. The mecanisme to one of the Windows in the living was broken, so the Window could not be opened. The mecanisme of the blind in the living room was broken, so the blind was inoperable. Our toilet had a slow leak, so it Kent refilling itself every thirty minutes. The noise from the other units’ toilet flushing and showers was awfull. To pay the price we did for that kind of unit is insulting and unacceptable. Upon Check out, I requested a partial refund, but I have not heard back from them."
