「The hotel is in a beautiful location and has amazing decor.
The swimming pool is lovely, but we could not access a sun bed or chair around the pool as they were all taken. Lots of people leave their towels on the sunbeds and do not return for hours.」
「A good hotel but. It living up to its 5* rating. In need of some maintenance especially in the pool areas at the swim up rooms.
Also on need of refurbishment in a number of areas. Rooms in block A are tired looking.
Lactate restaurants are good although quite expensive, especially the grill terrace restaurant.」
「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day...
