Take a short, five minute walk through woodland trails to a pristine, private Puget Sound beach, or drive 2 min to the lighthouse beach at Pt. Robinson Park. This fully furnished, light-filled studio sleeps 2 in a comfy queen bed, has a wood stove (wood provided), a full kitchen, bath with shower, and propane barbecue. Horses graze outside your window; wildlife abounds. Pets are welcome with additional fee. A non-smoking property.

The room was clean and quite personable we would’ve stayed longer had we known it was right by the things we went to see. This would be a great place in the summer since it’s right by the beach Really didn’t know where we could explore because there are all sorts of different houses around In the description it indicated horses, goats,dog etc there were definitely lots of fields but no animals around which was a disappointment. They gave a list of restaurants which a lot had shut down or were only open during the day. The overall experience was nice because it was countryside but cost and info was not accurate

Lots of Character and charm. Clean and comfortable. Loved the bird feeder at the window and all the birds we were able to watch both in the evening and morning before we left. Lovely location.

My first VRBO experience

Very fun place - a studio in a barn. Cozy, comfortable, well-equipped, lovely landscaping, quiet, with an adorable small pony. And, dog-friendly too. Perfect for my short stay on Vashon.

Peaceful Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The studio is cozy and it's fun having horses for neigh-bors. We loved walking through the woods to a very private beach and enjoyed the many birds, including a huge bald eagle and herons.

Good choice

Comfortable studio nicely arranged, feels spacious not cramped. Technically it's on Maury Is, but you're not far from anywhere on Vashon. I'd gladly stay here again and will recommend the studio to friends.

Retreat with nature

The property is tranquil, beautifully tamed wilderness. I saw deer, a bald eagle, a piliated woodpecker, and a squirl. The beach was so privat and tranquil. I will deffinately be back

Wildwood Studio

My husband and I felt very comfortable in this rustic studio. It was cozy and warm-just right for a rainy day on the island. We were able to walk down to the beach and the lighthouse. Bed was comfortable and kitchen provided us a way to settle in, heat up some soup, and enjoy the animals and the birds.

Beautiful location and peaceful getaway

I was looking for a peaceful weekend getaway and I found it! I loved having a fire in the wood stove and a morning walk to the beach where I was greeted by a Bald Eagle and deer tracks in the sand. I love eating out on Vashon, but the kitchen is very well equipped if you want to prepare your own meals. Didn’t make it to the lighthouse this time, but it’s definitely within walking distance.
