The first room was very run down and dirty. The walls and door were covered with stains and spots, the chairs had stains and spots on them, and the bed still had hair on it. When we asked about possibly getting a different room the lady working that night was very rude. After some back and forth she gave us the key to look at a different room. That room was also in poor condition including the door having a larger piece missing in the bottom corner. We stayed in the first room as it was too late to do anything else. The next morning the day shift gentleman working was very understanding and upgraded our room to the executive suite with no charge. While the room was still dated it was much nicer for the rest of our stay. The breakfasts were always good and the ladies serving breakfast were nice. On the last day we asked to check out late to make it easier to not go to our train too early. The gentleman working the counter was very accommodating and said no problem. Overall the hotel is worn down and dated. It could use deep cleaning and some updates. The staff during the days was very friendly and accommodating. However due to the condition of the hotel I would not stay again.

Hotel top demais. Especialmente para estrangeiros
