“Property has potential to be a luxurious hotel- beautiful oceanfront property but seems money isn’t put back into it. Pictures are not accurate- especially of bathroom. Hallways are gross- carpet is filthy- and hallway walls need some help. Room itself isn’t bad- cute decor and clean but our room had water damage near sliding door. Beds are very uncomfortable. Staff was super friendly and accommodating but seem understaffed. Left the property early and booked elsewhere. Sad because this hotel……

“Das Gute vorab. Es handelt sich um architektonisch anspruchsvolle und regionaltypische Häuser mit jeweils 2 Ein-Zimmer-Appartements In traumhafter Alleinlage über die Meeresbucht. Dorthin führt ein weg, zum Ende als Schotterweg. Leider war der Zustand der Einrichtung sein Geld nicht wert. Die Dusche ließ sich nicht benutzen; man konnte die Wassertemperatur nicht regeln. Zum Duschen musste ich eine andere Wohnung benutzen. Auch das Türschloss war defekt. Die Verwalterin ist freundlich und gibt……

“Zimmer waren schön gemacht. Der Weg zum Gästehaus ist katastrophal , sehr schlecht zu befahren, auch der Parkplatz ist alles andere als gut. Man muss wissen , das nichts in der Nähe ist, falls man was besonderes unternehmen möchte. Desweiteren sollten wir auf der Dachterrassen frühstücken , bei 12 Grad mit sehr kaltem Wind. Wir sind dann in unser Zimmer gegangen. Ich verstehe nicht, das so viele das Frühstück loben. Es gab 2 kalte Eier 4 Scheiben Weißbrot , 2 kl.Toast mit Schinken und käse ,……

“I believe that this place might appeal to others while might not to someone else. I am in the “not” group. I prefer more modern, updated places and the “old” doesn’t attract me. The host was nice, friendly and served us with a yummy breakfast. The place was clean.”

“Porto Vitilo delivered a relaxing and comfortable stay in a stunning Mani location. Breakfast was exceptional — a great spread of savoury and sweet options, with almond milk available too. The restaurant offered solid choices throughout, and the pool area was a real pleasure. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with bathrobes, slippers, and fresh towels. Mosquito nets on the windows would be a welcome addition, though the hotel did provide repellent in the room. One important note for dog……

“The view was beautiful!! The property was clean and looked like the picture. We were definitely in the smallest room which looked different than online. Our biggest issue was the power going out from time to time , NO HOT WATER at all and trying to reach someone for any reason was impossible . All emails/ text seemed auto generated and no communication from the property made it difficult to communicate. Don't think I would return...”

“Alles war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hatte eine gute Dusche. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück war fantastisch. Es gibt viele Parkmöglichkeiten, und das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Fernseher könnte etwas besser sein – ein größerer Bildschirm mit Streaming-Apps wäre schön gewesen. Außerdem haben wir eine Körperlotion im Bad vermisst. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert – wir würden jederzeit……
