“We spent way more time at the house than we thought we would during the day, skipping planned hikes to paddle board, play games, soak, and sauna. It was a very comfortable spot that accommodated all 3 generations of our family well. We were able to cook all of our food during the time we were there, the kitchen had any tool you might need. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and seem to genuinely love the house and area. ”

“Our stay at the James House was very relaxing. We had 3 generations and comfortably housed 7 of us. The layout was great, the kitchen was well stocked and the fishing on Chemo Lake was unmatched. We rented a pontoon boat from Josh as well and that process was smooth and seemed, allowing us to fish, tube and explore the lake daily. I would highly recommend. If you are not an early riser, I would be aware that there is a landscaping company located directly across the road from the house which did……

“Great stay! The host was great and gave us detailed instructions so it was easy to find the parking and the entrance. The entire building was nice and the room was modern and clean. The location was right in the middle of everything. A lot of little unique shops and good restaurants. If you’re visiting for a concert it’s a short and simple 1 mile walk with sidewalks to the venue. Highly recommend. ”

“A quaint and clean stay. Mattress were all comfortable but we didn’t sleep in the daybed. There were two cold air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms. The bathroom was clean and updated but on the main floor. It was not a problem for us but it could be helpful to know-f it was in the listing, I missed it. We made a stop on our way at the grocery and found everything we needed to prepare our meals, in the kitchen. Grill was in good shape. Washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets……

Kids were able to enjoy the full advantage of the water play with kayaking and paddle boarding. We highly recommend the property for family vacation to escape to nature. ”
