STANDARD RATE FOR 2 PEOPLE: RENTING FOR 3 or 4 PEOPLE GIVES AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE..
Casa Tepuana is a very comfortable house for up to 4 people. Large windows, composed as following: (ground floor only), entrance by terrace to large living room, a 3 seated sofa, 2 comfortable seats, TV. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area with four seats, bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin and in the backside two large bedrooms, each one with two individually beds (90 x 200 cm). Each of the windows gives you a spectacular view at the garden, and the animals in it. All windows are provided with mosquito screens. On the terrace in the shade, while enjoying your meal, you can observe all kinds of birds coming to refresh themselves in the water basins, and enjoy their songs. Both the Finca itself as the pool are fenced. The terrace is equipped with a large table and four chairs, just perfect to have your breakfast, or roasted dinner. For enjoying the sun in your garden there are 4 comfortable sun chairs. We, the owners, ( Carlos and Carin), are the ones that will receive you, can help you with all information.

Finca la Hijuela is located in the hills near Vejer, in a small town ( La Muela) , on a plot of almost 6000 m2. There are 4 totally separated houses for rent on the Finca; Casa Tepuana (2 bedrooms), Casa Encina (1 bedroom), Casa Azahar (1 bedroom), Casa Madreselva (1 bedroom).
Each house is separeted and private, with its own garden, terrace and barbecue. To be in the middle of nature. Surrounded by very old oak trees and more than 30 orange, lemon and lime trees, as well as other fruits. In the center of the Finca there is a large swimming pool (10 x 5 m). In the mature and colorful garden, you find all the privacy you could want.

We are near to; Vejer, Conil, Medina Sidonia, Seville, Cádiz, Tarifa, Gibraltar. Enjoy the most beautiful beaches on the Costa de la Luz with more than 15 kilometers of fine sandy beaches. The closest beach is about 8 kilometers. Several nice restaurants are nearby, as Vejer de la Frontera has been nominated as a new gastronomic destination.

This is the perfect place to make your vacation days very special days. Finca la Hijuela is for all those who love the sound of cowbells in the distance, while zipping a wine on your terrace, listening to the owls and enjoy the smell of jasmine. Very peaceful ...
Perfect houses for a stay away from the hubbub of Vejer and Conil, but so close that it is easy to make visits there, for example to the beaches.

Alles war genauso wie beschrieben, mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Allerdings würden wir im Sommer nicht mehr buchen, da es ohne Klimaanlage für uns fast nicht möglich war zu schlafen. Wir hatten das Pech, das durchgehend 40 Grad waren und es am Abend noch sehr lange hell war. Ansonsten kann man nur das Allerbeste berichten: Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die mehrere Sprachen sehr gut spricht, ein schöner Pool und die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr viele Ausflüge wie z.B. Jerez, Cadiz, Tarifa und vieles andere. Im Frühjahr oder Herbst jederzeit wieder!

Wonderful and peaceful.

I don’t know how to start to describe Finca la Hijuela, Casa Tepuana and the set up Caron and Carlos have - It is perfect and so very peaceful! The house is so pretty, welcoming, clean and very functional, with everything you would need. The outside area and garden is beautiful and private, I would sit with my coffee in the morning listening to nature and admiring the swifts chasing in and out of the trees, so tranquil.The pool area is great, we used it a lot.Carin and Carlos are both charming, warm and very welcoming hosts, they get a lot of return guests and I can see why. Their two dogs are super friendly and will visit for a fuss and a scratch.We will return and stay much longer.

Traumhafte Finca abseits des Trubels

Wir haben für knapp zwei Wochen Mitte bis Ende Mai 2025 im Haus Tepuana auf dem großen Grundstück der Finca gewohnt. Die Finca und das Haus entsprechen der Beschreibung. Ein tolles Grundstück. Das Haus bietet alles Notwendige. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Trubel in Conil oder Vejers, beides aber gut zu erreichen.Tolle Pizzeria ganz in der Nähe. Auto ist zwingend. Pool konnten wir schon nutzen und auch im Meer konnten wir schon baden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Gerne wieder!

Ruhig. Viel Regen, dadurch war das hübsche Häuschen etwas dunkel und feucht und wir konnten den schönen Garten nicht geniessen. Internetempfang war schlecht. Und uns fehlte eine Leselampe. Sonst war es oké.

Grüne Oase und Basis für Ausflüge

Auf der Finca stehen neben dem Haus der Inhaber 4 Häuschen für Gäste. Zur Casa Tepuana gehört eine große überdachte Terrasse und ein großes nicht einsehbares Areal mit Rasen, Palmen, Obstbäumen und Sträuchern. Hier konnten wir uns zwischen den Ausflügen sehr gut entspannen. Die 5 auf dem Gelände frei laufenden Hühner wurden von Tag zu Tag zutraulicher und sorgten für Abwechslung. Das Ferienhaus hat viel Platz, ist sauber und bietet trotz relativ einfacher Ausstattung alles, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. La Muela liegt ideal für Ausflüge im zwischen Cadiz, Gibraltar und Ronda. Mit Casa Tepuana haben wir für unsere Andalusien-Reise das ideale Ferienhaus ausgesucht.

Kurzurlaub in der Finca

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Garten ist wunderschön, das Haus bietet allen Komfort den man sich wünscht. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich willkommen geheissen. Der Ort ist sehr gepflegt und mit dem Auto ist in kurzer Zeit der Strand, Vejer oder Conil erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen!

Very quiet stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Carin is a wonderful host and responded to our needs very quickly. The finca is in a rural position so it is very peaceful. Ideal position to tour Costa de la Luz with a car. We had issues with the wifi as it was a very weak signal. Carin tells me that she is trying to improve things.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten und Pool

Ein tolles Haus: geräumig, schön eingerichtet, gute Betten (etwas hart, aber ok), Spül- und Waschmaschine, alles da. Der Pool sauber und schön warm (im August). Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Ich fand das Haus und den Garten in Realität schöner, als auf den Fotos! Die Einkaufsmöglichketen in der Nähe sind sehr begrenzt, aber ohne Auto geht es hier sowieso nicht. Es war ein toller Urlaub, gerne wieder

Wunderschöne Auszeit wie bei Freunden

Schönes kleines Haus mit allem was man so braucht (ausser Weingläsern ;-)) inmitten eines riesigen, toll angelegten und gepflegten Gartens. Von den anderen Gästen bekommt man fast nichts mit, ausser vielleicht mal am Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett! Minimaler Abzug für die etwas abgelegene Lage, was aber auch ein Pluspunkt sein kann je nach Geschmack. OhneAuto geht gar nichts.

Wonderful Gem

Carin's place was stunning - like a little Paradise. A perfect holiday base, and place to relax and chill. Stunning gardens, lovely pool, and a well-laid out and comfy house. Great access to all you need like beaches, Vejer and countryside walks, (you need a car really though) but the best thing about this place is Carin and Carlos, they are so friendly, accommodating, kind and went the extra mile for us. The only snag was the internet, which as we were working from home was a little tricky in the house, but they kindly let me sit nearer to their house for better reception. But if you are on holidays, the slower wifi is a good chance to get off the screens and into the pool!

Platz zum Entspannen

Sehr ruhig gelegene Finca mit tollem Garten und sehr schönem Pool. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den lieben Hunden und den freilaufenden Hühnern. Im Haus alles top, es gab sogar eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das eigentliche Dorf Vejer de la Frontera ist ca. 15 min mit dem Auto weg und ist absolut sehenswert. Mehere Traumstrände sind ebenfalls in 15 bis 30 min zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Un paraíso en Andalucía

Qué maravilla de lugar! Rodeados de flores, árboles frutales, un césped verde que te quiero verde, una piscina limpia y transparente perfecta para descansar después de la playa. Los huéspedes son muy simpáticos y acogedores.

Wir haben die zehn Tage in der Casa La Tepuana genosssen. Der Garten ist wunderbar grün und sehr gepflegt - ebenso wie das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus. Völlige Ruhe, schöner Pool. Professionell-freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit war. Der Weiler La Muela selbst wenig ansehnlich, aber die Umgebung (Strände, Cádiz etc.) sehr schön. Insgesamt : empfehlenswert!

Inmejorable

Es un lugar fantástico para descansar y desconectar de todo, un mar de tranquilidad lleno de árboles, plantas, flores, etc... Mi familia y yo hemos descubierto un pequeño paraíso en este pequeño pueblo de Cadiz. Pero si hay algo que destacar por encima de todo, son a sus dos anfitriones: Carin y Carlos.
