Both room and hotel were nice. Surrounding area lovely, park nearby for kids. There was paid parking available next to hotel but a bit confusing to work out which part to park in and how to pay. No actual restaurant in hotel although a pizza place in bottom of building which would deliver or offer a collection service. No air conditioning, fridge or kettle in room so be aware as it was very hot when we visited. Reception was at bar and usually only one member of staff on duty so that caused some delays. Lovely rooftop bar which was worth a visit.

Good overall impression, however, a few things I didn't like, the door to the toilet in the room opened inwards so it was very difficult to close it, and the lighting in the toilet was out of order, so I had to sh.. with the door open anyway.

Great simple hotel

This maybe classed as a budget hotel, but we were very happy there. New hotel by the sea. Simple but functional Nordic room. Good gym Breakfast ok Good Italian restaurant on found floor. 15 minute walk into centre of town Quiet location. Good car park next to hotel, independent chargeable. Bar on top floor. We recommend

They should get a steam iron in their laundry room, other laundry facilities are excellent & free to guests. Gym is great also. It would be good to have a mat for the floor outside the shower. I ended up using the hand towel on the floor.

Asked to pay for hot water and luke warm shower

I was disappointed that when I asked for hot water for my tea flask i was asked to pay. Eventhough , I have been a regular guest at this hotel. Also, the shower hot water was only hot for a few minutes and then flowed luke warm.

Was nice BUT

The hotel room was nice. Overall, it looked like new, and the room my family stayed in had a small kitchen, so it was very comfortable. However, contrary to the guide on Hotels.com that it is “cleaned daily”, our room was not cleaned even once during the 4 days we stayed. Towel refills, shower shampoo and hand soap were not replenished at all. On the last day we reported this to the reception but couldn't hear an apology or reason, only towels were replenished. I didn't even hear about this when checking out.

Mooi gebied in de haven, mooi nieuw hotel. Bed lag lekker, stapelbed vonden de kinderen het matras te hard. Prijzen ontbijt erg hoog. Kamer ondanks raam hele nacht open benauwd. Apart toilet in de badkamer maar ook erg benauwd hokje. In en uitchecken op 11e verdieping, er zijn 3 liften maar duurde steeds lang voordat er een lift was. Van 11e verdieping naar beneden gelopen...
