Erst verspäteter Check-In, weil die Zimmer noch nicht fertig waren (trotz pre Check-In inkl. Ankunftszeitangabe), der Parkplatz war trotz Reservierung überfüllt, sodass wir uns etwas in der Siedlung suchen mussten. Den gesamten Zimmer-Flur entlang lag die verschwitzte Ausrüstung eines Hockeyteams, den Geruch kann man sich vorstellen.

Das Hotel ist komplett neu und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Einzige, was in unserem Zimmer gefehlt hat, war ein Mini-Kühlschrank. Dieser wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung und würde den Komfort noch weiter erhöhen. Da wir kühlpflichtige Medikamente dabeihatten, hat sich das Rezeptionsteam jedoch sofort darum gekümmert und unsere Medikamente im Kühlschrank gelagert, dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Als unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hatte, wurde uns direkt und ohne zu zögern ein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch dafür ein großes Lob. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Als kleine Anregung wäre es schön, wenn Eierspeisen von einem Koch frisch auf Bestellung zubereitet würden. Von Velbert nach Düsseldorf benötigt man etwa 30 Minuten. Deshalb ist das Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl, wenn man, wie wir, beispielsweise wegen eines Konzerts in Düsseldorf in der Nähe sein möchte. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
