「I loved being in the mountains in nature. Beautiful property. There are bugs birds and even a chipmunk, lovely view. Simple Breakfast was included. A bit far from the city. Wifi was down when i arrived but i had backup. I would totally go back, it is a great escape and very reasonably priced. 」

「Eden Atenas seemed a bit in the middle of nowhere, when we arrived in the dark - and it was very dark. But when we woke up the morning we were surrounded by the most beautiful jungle gardens, a gorgeous pool, such a kind caretaker who made a gorgeous simple breakfast where we watched hummingbirds. Eden. Just like it says. There isn't anywhere exciting to go outside the compound but inside it's a magical retreat. Someone should write a great novel there.」

The pool was small and a disabled person in our party could not get in it because there were no handrails. The setting was up in the mountains north of Alajuela and the air was fresh at night.
