Great host, fantastic apartment, perfect location!

Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Host met us at the taxi stop and walked us to the apartment, which was very helpful after long and exhausting travel. Only one bridge to carry luggage over and a short walk. Maybe an even shorter walk to St. Mark’s square, yet tucked away and doesn’t feel too busy. Really a perfect location. Enjoyed hearing and watching the gondolas go by in the afternoons from the balcony. Apartment was more spacious than expected from the photos, and very clean. We are a family of 4 with 2 teens (one boy, one girl), and there was plenty of room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms especially worked very well.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a great location

This property in Venice was a great location for our planned excursions. Within minutes of St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge, good restaurants and nice shopping. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and for entering our 7th decade of life, that says something. Our host Giorgio met us promptly at the pier and escorted us to the apartment as the address was not appearing on our maps app. He was also as helpful as possible when one of us unfortunately had our passport stolen while on the water boat from the train station. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and offered all the modern conveniences needed. There are 2 sets of stairs to the apartment which might be a consideration for some, but we would recommend the property for it’s comfort and convenient location.

Giorgio was a wonderful host! He responded to all my questions prior to arrival and met us at the water taxi to guide us to the apartment! That was a great help! The apartment was very comfortable for our stay. We would stay here again!

Excellent spacious apartment right next to canals and Saint Mark's

We had a wonderful time. Giorgio helped us with a very smooth check in and met us at the ferry at Rialto. The place is well equipped, more spacious than the photos suggest and extremely clean. Its location is amazing, footsteps from shops, restaurants and the main sights of Venice. Highly recommended for any trip to Venice.

Great apartment in great location!

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. Perfectly located, it has a great view of a canal where you can see gondolas pass by. About 5 min walk to St Marks square. It has a large living room and modern kitchen. Great host.

A great space!

Easy access to key sites in San Marco, Rialto and all other areas. Host met us at the earlier time we requested. Explained everything. WiFi worked well. One bathroom is small but space efficiently designed. One more comfortable chair would be great. One double and two twin beds. Lots of restaurants in neighborhood. A great place to stay and we will be back.

Highly recommend a stay here

The apartment is actually even better than the photos. Check in was seem easy, the owner came and met us when we arrived as planned. Showed us around the apartment, explained everything, gave us recommendations, and directions. The location is great, easily walk to every thing you need. The master bedroom has a little balcony overlooking a canal which is on the main route for the gondola rides, we would watch the people go by, and also get serenaded by some! We didn’t cook because there are so many restaurants to eat at, but the kitchen was nice and seemed well equipped.

Amazing!

This was my first time visiting Venice. Giorgio met us at the Rialto to ensure we were able to find the apartment through the beautiful walkways of Venice. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with the beautiful, spacious apartment that awaited us on the water's edge. This place is in the heart of Venice, steps from St. Mark's with restaurants, shopping, and cafes within a very short walking distance. I would seek to stay at Giorgio's place when I visit Venice next time. Wonderful!

Wonderful Venice Apartment!

My family of 5 adults had a fantastic stay in this Venetian apartment. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient accomodations. Giorgio met us upon our arrival and was very helpful with recomendations. Only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco! Could not have been in a better location. Loved it all!

Venice Gem

We had an incredible stay and our host Giorgio and his apartment were outstanding! Located in the heart of it all just steps to San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was even nicer and larger than what the photos portray with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths a full size eat in kitchen with everything you need plus a large beautiful living room that includes a large dining room table and a pull out couch to provide extra sleeping space. It worked out well for our family of five and would not hesitate recommending Giorgio and his apartment. Absolutely loved it!
