Located in the center of Venice, quite and residence zone. Close to all the main attractions and services, markets, bars, restaurants, train and boat stations. If you want some nightlife you can visit Campo Santa Margherita in 3 minutes by walk from where you can taste typical happyhour at low cost (Cicchetti and spritz).

Located in the Dorsoduro district, a quiet residential area. But very close to all the main attractions and services, such as markets, bars, restaurants, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, banks, railways and vaporetti. All of Venice at your fingertips. If you fancy a little fun, you will find Campo Santa Margherita, the evening meeting place for students and anyone who wants to escape from the tourist crowd.
