Venice was amazing. Our location was more amazing. No matter where we walked around the island we always somehow ended up by the apartment. Would love to stay for a full week next time so that we have more time to relax. The wifi went out for a day but the manager got the problem resolved.

Very nice historical apartment in Venice

Great location. Any attractions, restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The gentleman that helped us with check-in was fantastic.

The property is ideally located on the Grand Canal affording great views. A vaporetto stop on the 1 line is 2 minutes away. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped although it would help to have some simple utensils- e.g. a spatula, a bread knife,etc. The television is ok, buttony and really only usiable by one bedroom. The staff we interacted with were professional and thorough. An excellent choice for a visit to Venice.

Venice stay..

Great location! Close to everything including dining, water taxis, shopping etc! The accommodations were large and very spacious and we felt safe. Bedrooms are large and ample room for everything. Could have used a more detailed cleaning in the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again for the location alone.

Perfect location!

Property was as described, but more enjoyable than we anticipated. We loved our mornings sitting by the open windows in the living room and watching the activity on the Grand Canal! The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions.

Amazing location. Quieter than expected. Great views!

The place was exactly as advertised. So close to the S. Sebastian water bus stop, but also so quiet. Only woken up by a sea gull fight one morning, but that's to be expected ON the Grand Canal!

Amazing views and central location are the highlights of these place. Loved watching the boats from the windows at all times of day. Everything is in easy walking distance from your doorstep. We ate at the restaurants along the river nearby and enjoyed being so close to the Rialto Bridge and main shopping area and water bus stop.The layout of the place is a little strange with the beds kind of in the lounge area and the wardrobe in the hallway but for us this was no problem and what we were expecting from the pictures.Overall it was perfect for us and we would stay here again. Great property manager that explains everything you need. Met us at the water taxi stand (only a 1 minutes walk to property). Property was very clean and well equipt. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Apartment was spacious and had everything needed for a great stay! The apartment is located in a great area with restaurants and shops just a short 3-5 minute walk.

Perfect location in Venice

Couldn't have asked for a better place while in Venice. Very close to a water taxi station, Rialto Bridge and several great restaurants. The apt was clean and has all the amenities needed for a nice trip.

Great location with lots of space

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Location was excellent with the #1 boat station steps away. Apartment was huge and we enjoyed the space. Air conditioning worked well and the washer helped out

The apartment is so large! It was great for a family that had been cramped for 4-5 days. Everything worked well. The location of dreams come true! Easy to get to once you know. The sunsets from the windows rival any other on the island! Perfectly located for travel! Well stocked.

Wow! Can you say authentic?

This flat was 3 minute walk from the Vaporetto stop! We had no issues getting to or from our flat. The flat was right on the grand canal! We felt like royalty. Check in was great and gave us great ideas and help for the area.We feel that staying in this local made the trip 100% better. We just throughly enjoyed everything about the flat!
