In the centre of Venezia, in the district Castello, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, directly by the canal. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bar 100 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 3.1 km, railway station "Santa Lucia" 3 km, ferry "Vaporetto stop Arsenale" 400 m. Nearby attractions: Arsenale 200 m, La Biennale di Venezia 450 m, Piazza San Marco 1 km, Ponte di Rialto 1.4 km, Teatro La Fenice 1.5 km.
3-room apartment 110 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2020, antique and stylish furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Nice location

We enjoyed the fact that there is a small bar to have morning cappuccino and little store for food and wine within a two minute walk. a good place to recover from the crowded bustle of Venice!
