We’ll meet guests to hand over the keys and provide some information about the apartment and Venice. After that, we’ll be available via Airbnb chat or by phone.

The area is charming, just a stone’s throw from Campo San Barnaba and Campo Santa Margherita. The Accademia and the Zattere are very close by, and Rialto is just 15 minutes away.
The area is full of excellent restaurants and traditional local spots. There are also essential services such as a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, etc.

The nearest stop is Cà Rezzonico. The bus station is just a 10-minute walk away, and the train station is 15 minutes away.

Since we’ll need to meet you in person and there is no front desk, please let us know as soon as possible what time you expect to arrive in Venice and how you’ll be travelling. This will allow us to provide you with the best directions to the apartment and organise your check-in as smoothly as possible.

The total is 4€ per person per night for adults; €2 per night for children between the ages of 10 and 15; children under 10 are exempt.
Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur a surcharge to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
