“The Cypress Cottage has a great vibe -- super cute interior, quiet, nice back deck and pier. I'd expected privacy fencing, but that was my mistaken assumption. I was still able to do yoga in the back yard without noticeable scrutiny from neighbors (who I did not see much). I thought there would be more / better food in the area, but I was able to get by with heating leftovers and light cooking -- if you're better at cooking in stainless steel than I am (probably the whole country is), you'll be……

“All the mapping apps except for Apple Maps took us to a different location 30 minutes away. So we drove to the wrong location and had to figure out where the actual location was. It would be helpful to put detailed directions in the listing so this doesn’t happen to other renters. Once we got to the place it was super nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.”

Easy check-in, convenient location, with plenty of little guest friendly touches (makeup wipes, coffee aplenty, fans in each bedroom). “We rented to attend an engagement party. We had adult children and grandchildren staying with us. The home was spacious and clean. The furniture was up to date and the beds were firm but comfortable. We loved the dock and BBQ grill. We had a great time.”

What a great view of the lake from the awesome deck/dock. Just an excellent stay which was out of the way of the chaos of LSU campus. Very peaceful. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit our Tiger!”
