“Pierpont used to be nice/reasonable PRIOR to 5 years ago. Reno construction began and it is a "historic bldg" so in 3-4 years it has not been completed. I would recommend it for a quick 1 nighter only. I stayed 2 nights and found: 1. restaurant still closed 2. telephone in room did not work. Had to make 2 special trips to office. 3. Bathroom faucet lever came off. 4. Maintenance did not come & turn gas off in fireplace as I made special request.”

“I’d like to start by saying the staff were helpful and friendly. But with that being said, the floor wasn’t clean and had granules of dirt/sand on it. The shower also had what looked like dirt marks and some dark residue on it. I could tell the sheets on the bed were clean (washed) but they were also permanently stained. I got an overall gross feeling and I’m not sure I’ll stay with this motel chain again.”
