「There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant...

「Bel hotel dans les murs d'un ancien couvent. Au pied de la Haute ville de Bergame, à proximité des rues commercantes de la ville basse. Tres agréable cloitre. Chambre confortable mais un peu petite. PDJ et resto OK. Parking trs pratique, mais penser à réserver car le nombre de places est limité.」

「Great location, modern nicely decorated room. Previous occupants shampoo/conditioner were left in the showe which left us wondering how thoroughly cleaned the shower had been. The walls are very thin between rooms & unfortunately we had incredibly noisy neighbours with loud music and loud voices. We did contact reception but there are no staff on site to deal with issues like that.」
