The only ptoblem was no or not enough towels, washcloths left in our room, we had to ask for them, daily. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean (other than some renovation in progeess). Very quite.

The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. My room, however, was extremely small. The smoke detector was missing and the furniture was cheap and shabby. The bed was fine though and the room was clean.

By far the best bang for your buck in Claremore. The room layout is a little funky. As a lifelong tradesman I can tell the lights/receptacles/tv situation was definitely done on the buddy system. That said; nothing unsafe, just a little funky. The room was clean, all the equipment was functional, and the double mirror thing by the bed was fun for the wife and I. I think the main selling point of this property is the service. The staff during the day is very polite, and quite abiding albeit I’m hard at hearing so perhaps the body language is what did it for me. The staff at night is incredible, the young man behind the desk took care of every request with a rapidity in earnest that I rarely encounter with budget hotels. The location is fairly centralized, very close to all the happenings in town and close enough to Tulsa/Owasso that you won’t have to worry about factoring in travel time to your adventures. Next time we visit the in-laws, I’m staying here again. Thanks to the staff, you guys were wonderful and made my stay a little less stressful.

First room the sheets weren’t on the bed, comforter was piled up in a corner. Second room bed was unmade, towels on the floor of bathroom. Staff apologized profusely, upgraded my room. Trash can in lobby was clearly outside for a long time, covered in bird poop.

The stay was for business, just one night this time. The only thing that was lacking was, there were no hand towels nor wash towels in the room. There were only two bath towels. This needs attention.
