“This unit is not for older people or children because of the steep staircase.The beds should be upgraded as they are not comfortable for sleeping.Amanda is helpful and answered all questions fairly quickly.This is a good unit for people who are attending games at the university or such events.I would definitely stay again as it suited our needs perfectly.”

“Reached out at least twice about a situation and never got a concrete response instead just a clearly automated message each time not related to my inquiry. Not impressed because clearly they did not review my message. ”

“The house was big and spacious and easily accommodated all of us. Parking was easy. It was close to campus and other shopping. Noisy train at night and dogs at pet day care started barking early in the morning made it challenging to sleep. Everything else was good.”

“The property is in a less than ideal neighborhood and felt like it hadn’t been rented or properly maintained for some time. There were cobwebs in noticeable walking areas that my wife walked into as soon as we arrived. The comforters had hair on them, which was off-putting, and the “welcome” goodie bag contained expired items. Overall a pretty disappointing stay.”
