"Not a quiet place to stay as walls are very thin. Hotel was doing renovations (was not advised when booked) so there was lots of debris in the hallways and workers all over. Workers triggered the fire alarm and the staff did not know how to turn it off. Had to wait for 20 minutes for the fire department to come and turn it off. Rooms have been updated and were clean. "

"It was wonderful staying there. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Food was fantastic in both the restaurant and pub. The relatives that I alerted to stay there all showed up so the cafe got used quite a bit. I know where I am staying in the future when I need to visit Vernon BC. "

"This is the second time I have stayed at the Vernon location. The place is in need of major repairs and deep cleaning. Instead of white towels, they are gray and show dirty marks. There was a fine film of dirt on the floor, as well as a pile by the door as you enter the room. The bedding is ripped. I will not be giving them a third try. Very rundown. "

"Too early in the season to use the pool, no parking, bed was horrible. It felt very odd sleeping at the main entrance It was clean, bug free. Thanks for the bottle of wine, but we don't drink, may i suggest a local honey or a chocolate for you to offer instead? "

"I've stayed there a few times. I like it, and the staff are good. The rooms were clean and it was fairly quiet. Lots of restaurants close by too. I'll go back. Decent breakfast"
