“We had a great visit! The house is really cozy and welcoming. It is out of the way (which is exactly what we wanted). The property is right on the water, and we even caught a few fish. We would definitely recommend!”

“The property is absolutely gorgeous! The house was so comfortable and the owners have really thought of everything. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. I loved the welcome basket as well as the stocked medicine cabinet. ”

“Highly recommend! We loved our stay at "Decked Out" on the southern end of the Toledo Bend Reservoir. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. We got engaged on the huge deck overlooking the lake. We loved the kayaks and the pedal boat that allowed us to fish and sight see several times always to return home to cool off in the in deck tub. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!”

“Very clean and great location!”

“Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the lake. Kitchen well equipped…only wish there were containers for storing leftovers in the kitchen & throws to use on the couch (I like to use them even in the summer)….but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Enjoyed the fishing…had a curious small alligator swimming around checking us out the first night but it moved on and never saw it again…very quiet and relaxing. Pretty secluded…which was great. Quiet neighbors. ”
