We offer a great value in the much sought after & charming "Old Florida" neighborhood of Summerplace. Our vacation home is just a short five minutes walk to an unspoiled private beach. There are two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Outdoor stairs lead up to the “tree” house that is surrounded by mature trees and lush foliage. Lots of privacy. The open floor plan living area opens to the fully supplied kitchen (with a microwave/convection oven) and dining area. The house was recently renovated and is furnished for comfort. There is a large screened porch and another enclosed sitting area. You will have access to beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, 2 bikes, fishing gear, TV and Wi-Fi. Plenty of parking in driveway and carport- enough room for 3 or 4 cars. An outdoor shower conveniently located in the carport for rinsing off after visiting the beach. Come and stay for a week or a month! We offer discounts for monthly stays. Travel Nurses and Corporate Travelers are welcome for extended stays of 60 days or more at market value rates.
