During your stay our goal is to recharge and encourage quality play, sleep and well-being.

We provide a King size bed memory foam mattress, duvet covered comforter and cotton sheets to keep you cozy at night along with a selection of pillows. 2 Robes Provided. We have never had a guest complain about sleeping in our Studio - Super Comfortable.

PUTT-PUTT GOLF (4 holes) and Chipping Greens - Feel free to use our putters and chipping clubs to play on our greens. Lefties included.

Studio is quiet & private. Sound proof by double concrete block walls. Dresser & closet to store your clothes. Dining table with two chairs. Small sofa with adjustable work table (sitting to standing). Large awesome covered outdoor area with dining table, swivel chairs & regular chair.

Our Studio is decorated minimally as pictured in our listing. Paintings, Coral (from coral farms) & shell artwork in studio are created by Lanette & Kevin.

Smart Samsung 4K TV to sign into your own programs.

Private bathroom with double sink, walk in shower, towels, hair dryer, paper products, two white oversized robes, closet with hangers for clothes, clothes steamer or iron, luggage rack, umbrella, fire extinguisher, extra refrigerator with small freezer.

Kitchenette has microwave, portable stovetop with pots, utensils, plates, glasses, Nespresso Machine & pods, Drip Coffee Maker, Coffee Press, Toaster, Air Fryer, Blender, Mixer, Salt & Pepper, 4x Filtered Water Provided by the Glass Gallon Jugs, Coffee Pods, Tea & More.

The laundry room is a separate room and may be requested for your use.

No smoking inside the Studio keeping it allergy free. Thank you for your understanding.

There is NO GRILL - sadly they rust quickly oceanside as does everything metal.

Check-in time 4 pm & Check-out time 10 am - unless other arrangements are made in advance. Sometimes we can give up to an extra hour early or later. Late check & early exceeding one hour $50 fee.

Additional cleaning requested by guest during stay $100.

Coffee lovers will appreciate the morning "pour" choices included:
Nespresso Coffee Bar in studio, electric milk frother and a variety of espresso & coffee pods. Sugar, Honey supplied.
Coffee press & bean grinder or drip coffee maker supplied in studio - but no coffee.
Teas bags supplied.

MORNING: Highly recommend walking (300 steps) to our beach theater at 5-10 minutes before scheduled sunrise to view spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. We have "to go" coffee/tea cups if you need to take your morning beverage for the show. After this amazing visual experience, you could choose to walk to Creperie (Maison Martinque) for the best Breakfast & Coffee choices on the Barrier island.

DAY: Recommend pulling our beach wagon filled with chairs, tent, beach towels, fill up our cooler with drinks/snacks and walk 300 steps to beach to chill & relax. Lifeguards on duty. Restrooms. Volleyball Courts. Showers are available to wash sand off of you. If you get hungry, South Beach Pizza is nearby to pick up a slice of pizza or sub. Great way to spend a day or a few hours on the beach.

NIGHT: Evening hours on our beach is spectacular. We love taking a picnic (or food from Johnny D's (they deliver to Studio or you can walk there) & adult beverage of choice to the beach to enjoy the view and evening ambience. Our sky at dust is filled with beautiful colors. After sunset the sky over the ocean is spectacular with no light pollution - you can see satellites - StarLink satellites, shooting stars and more.

ROCKET launches: nasa.gov Check online to see if this scheduled rocket launch at Space Kennedy during your stay may take place. If so they are great to view from anywhere on our Barrier island.

SATURDAY MORNINGS: You can ride the bikes (or walk) to beach Farmers Market. verobeachfarmersmarket.com

SATURDAY NIGHTS: We love to go to the GRAPE & GRIND on the Barrier Island at around 10 pm for an hour or more of great live music or DJ and dancing. grindandgrape.com

SUNDAYS: We love to walk (20-30 minutes of scenic ocean views each way) the beach north to Costa D' Este. We sit at pool bar after 11 am to enjoy an amazing BRUNCH, Drinks, Music & View costadeste.com

Suggested to pack bathing suit (s), sun glasses, sun shirt (s) long sleeve, flip flops, water/beach shoes, sun hat (s). Studio generally has sunscreen lotion (s) left behind by previous guests, but you may have a preference.

To BIKE or DRIVE (Uber):

DRIVE: Studio is located on conveniently on Causeway Blvd just East of A1A with direct access to the Mainland via Causeway/17th Street Bridge. 5 minutes to Publix or Fresh Market Grocery Stores, ABC liquors, TjMax and many restaurants on the mainland.

BIKE: Paddles by the Sea, Chris is the owner. They rent kayaks, tandem kayaks, paddle boards, and offer tours of our lagoon & lessons.
3 hour rentals are approximately $45-$55 for boards & kayaks.

BIKE: Vero Beach is home to the largest professional theatre in Florida and home to the comedy zone. Riverside Theater. Friday & Saturday starting at 6 pm - Outdoor live music entertainment, food & dance area in front of theatre.

DRIVE: McKee Jungle Garden, Botanical Gardens - New water park area for children.

DRIVE: Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge
Our Nation’s First Refuge 1903. Since then we now have 563 Refuges throughout our country. Beautiful scenic drive 12 miles north of Studio on A1A.
Recommend traveling a little further north on A1A to visit Sebastian Inlet when visiting this Refuge.

DRIVE: Airboat Tour of Marshland, Eco, Wildlife in Blue Cypress Conservation Area, Vero Beach

Evenings - outside the studio is a great place to enjoy reliving your day's adventures - enjoy our rocking chairs in the front garden.

WALK: South Beach Pizzeria is nearby next to our beach, where you can pick lunch or dinner and picnic on the beach with the best ocean view.

BIKE: 7-11 Store is located very close to Studio, south on A1A. 3 minute car ride or 8-10 minute walk.

BIKE: Beach Town 15 - 20 minute walk (5 min. bike ride) north via Club Drive to Ocean Drive you will find our Vero Beachside Town where you will find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping & spas.

WALK: Havana Nights Piano Bar offers a nightly entertainment, full bar & tapas, opens at 4:30 pm 7 nights a week, located at 1605 Ocean Dr. is only a 5 minute walk (.02 miles).
Also at this location is Creperie Open Wednesday at 7 am - Sunday BEST 5 STAR Breakfast! Great Coffees & recommend the Apple/Sausage Crepe.

WALK: RECOMMEND - Trattoria Dario - Delicious Italian Restaurant & Bar (.02 miles from our Studio)
*Great take out meals - ask us for a large beach blanket and enjoy dinner on the beach.

WALK: DiMare Italian & French Restaurant & Bar (.03 miles from our Studio) - this food is heavier with rich sauces & delicious.

WALK: Johnny D’s Market & Bistro - Great take foods for lunch & dinner plus restaurant. Offers wine & beer, including to buy and take with you. The almond cake dessert is the best in the world…. and delicious Calzones with homemade sauce, that are so large they can be shared. (.04 miles on A1A). They also deliver to our studio.

BIKE or DRIVE: FAVORITE ISLAND RESTAURANT: Tides - we love going when they open at 5 pm (recommend arriving prior to opening-bar seats are limited and in demand) to eat at the bar or call days in advance for reservations. DEPARTING REQUESTS
Please remove ALL your trash including items used in the refrigerators and leave in a garage bag outside of the studio tied up in trash bag (s).
Leave all USED dirty/wet towels/linens in a pile on the bathroom floor.
