On the vegetable garden side, there is the living room, the dining room with sofa bed, and an open-plan kitchen with an oven and a microwave.
On the courtyard side, you can find a spacious bedroom with a double bed.
The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a separate WC.
Set at the heart of Old Versailles, close to the cathedral and Saint Louis Square, 500 away from the shopping street of rue Satory, and 750 m from Rive Gauche station.
On request, we can provide linen and final cleaning for a surcharge.

Fantastic location and flat

Mickael met us at the flat and explained everything to us. The flat was spotless and well equipped. We had a great stay, so close to the palace and easy to reach the station for a day in Paris.

Vue exceptionnelle parfait !

Les photos sont conformes. L appartement est idéalement bien situé proche monuments, commerces de proximité et des châteaux environnants. Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille. (5 personnes). Avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le potager du roi et aussi le château de Versailles. Je recommande cette location.

Wonderful location

We really loved this location. It has a wonderful view of the palace of Versailles’ vegetable garden out the large front room windows (which also gives you lots of privacy). Although it was a warm week in July when we stayed, the cross breeze from all the windows kept us comfortable. The apartment is a manageable 15 minute walk to the trains into Paris from the Versailles Rive Gauche station with lots of bakeries, fruit stands and mini markets along the way so you can restock your kitchen on the walk home. Mickael’s apartment was stocked with everything we needed for our week’s stay and we were very happy with our choice.

Very very nice flat. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it to everyone.

The flat was very nice and Mickael was very helpful mailing everything to us, as he was on holiday. We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was close to everything in Versailles.

Muy bien!!!

El propietario muy cordial. Muy tranquilo, el mobiliario correcto, cómodo, los utensilios domésticos y la vajilla muy bien. Si vais en coche apacar en la calle es difícil ya que es todo zona de pago. Hay 2 plazas del inmueble pero normalmente están ocupadas, para nosotros esto no fue ningún problema ya que al mediodía y partir de las 7 de la tarde hasta las 9 de la mañana no se paga. Si simplemente dejas el coche a partir de las 7 de la tarde y te vas antes de las 9 de la mañana no pagas nada... La calle principal está a unos 5 minutos a pie. En general muy bien.

Great location, relaxing and comfortable apartment

Mickael the owner was great. We were running late due to rain and he waited patiently for us to arrive. His apartment is on the 4th floor and the view is lovely, as shown in his picture. Convenient location to stores and Versailles chateau. Apartment has washing machine and dish washer. Layout was perfect for two adults and two kids (had bunk beds). We would stay there again. Thanks. we, two Adults with two Children of 8 and 12, spent two days in this very nice flat. we appreciated it very much! Mickael, the host, was very kind. Ideal!

A well-equipped apartment, very clean, and could not have been better situated for visiting the chateau. Walking distance to restaurants, and any of Versaille's train stations, it was a perfect location for us to start our vacation. Mickael was very accomodating to our schedule.

very nice!

a very nice flat close to the city center of Versailles and close to the castle, as well. we, 4 Adults with 2 Children of 8 and 12, enjoyed a few days there. it`s a good place to live in a calm area while the public traffic trip to Paris city center is quite short with only 20 minutes of traffic time. thanks again, Mickael! & best regards, Claudia, Andreas, Jesper & Isabella
