“This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. If you want to talk to a "real" Italian, this is the place for you! One word of warning: the Palazzo dates from the 15th century and has no lift , so the stairs are not for the……

“In a student arty area just on the edge of h th e historic area. Perfect for us to explore the centre by day and have some craft ales within a few minutes walk at night. There are bars right below the studio apartment but doubles glazed windows mean only a bit of noise even on a busy night. It might not suit everyone but we loved it ”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“Rooms had tea but no coffee, which I thought was weird and petty. I just didn't get it -- does a packet of instant coffee cost that much more than a tea bag? Also: the breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:30 a.m., but most of the trays were empty by 10.”
