If you’re a 1st time traveler to Buenos Aires (like me) I could not find the property right away because the entrance at first does not look like a typical hotel. 「Fantastic location! Close to many great spots in BA. Quieter than staying in Palermo SoHo but you don’t give up the vibe and accessibility to restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops. The staff was awesome! The breakfast offering is also very good and again, staff was awesome」

This is a new hotel, very clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. Front desk staff is helpful. Location is convenient since it is near the subway. My only comment is that there is no face tissues , sleepers , pen & note paper in the room .
