"This place is made great by the smiling, warm staff! Absolutely everyone was gracious and went out of their way to be welcoming, helpul and kind - truly! A particular shout out to the friendly wait staff at the restaurants, the fabulous (stop you in the hallway to ask if you need more towels) housekeepers and the always helpful and interested front desk. Place is pretty spotless and I loved the palm-like trees --feels like a tropical resort Italian style. Thank you to everyone at the Abano Grand Hotel!"

"The check in process was perfect, they even let us in before noon, which was perfect. The area is not great, nothing within walking distance, you need a car to moce around. The room was fine, but the barhroom was small. "
