「Desk staff person was not easily approachable; the security guard in the front desk area was distracting. The next morning the same desk staff person seemed to be in a better mood talking on the phone while I checked out. When we got to our room down a Long hallway the room door was open and the room had basic old furniture. We sleep in our clothes for a quick exit if needed because of the other guests we saw outside in the parking area around the front door and down the Long hallway.」

「Coffee hit the spot.very good Starbucks coffee. Carpenter bees swarming in the back terrace not allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the balcony. Bed not very comfortable.」

「Room was clean, all was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and made to order by a great chef. Can't beat it!」

「Good- parked in front of room. Poor- friendliness of staff, room condition (bathroom door off hinge, lighting poor in room. Not worth price paid. 」

「Great location to visit the Mardi Gras parade! We also enjoyed the breakfast and home tour - Macy was pretty cool too and we look forward to coming back! The Galleries I was clean and spacious for our party of 4 too! 」
