We booked this place as a halfway point on our road trip. The online reviews and pictures are VERY deceiving. This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever been to. Trash left behind in the rooms, dirty floors in the hallways, trash in the elevators, CIGARETTE BURNS in our sheets. We got woken up by the smell of weed at 2 am. Items left behind in the room from other guests… i.e. an elf bar, trash, and some hair gel. Would not recommend if this was the last place to stay on planet earth.

This place is terrible. The room was dirty. It smelled like musty, mildew, and mold. There was mold or mildew on the closet door. The lock on the front door was loose. Screws are falling out. The floors were dirty like they’ve never been vacuumed. The lamps were broken, rusted, and falling apart. Everything about this place was disgusting. Do not go here. We unfortunately had to stay. It was late at night. I have a toddler and there were no other options. We slept on top of the covers and left early in the morning. Save your money. Do not stay at this place. It is terrible.

I have never had this bad of a stay at Holiday Inn in my life…. I paid around 160 dollars for the worst stay. I have stayed at a major chain where I had neither WIFi nor my tv. I went to front desk asked about tv control and WIFI. Lady had no answers on neither. I had one bar and literally could not receive a call or call out. Oh! Also my room phone did not work.. I understand a lot of things but poor amenities in a Holiday Inn are unheard of…. If I would have had a family emergency at home no one would have been able to contact me. And that is a scary situation…. I wasted my money and will not stay there again nor recommend to anyone. I would strongly suggest against….

Great stop on our family trip
We always stay here on our way to Florida for our summer family vacation. The staff is wonderful and so kind. The rooms are always clean and the shower great. It’s a perfect stop in our way and the only place we’ve stayed in Vicksburg!
