The staff is super kind and as helpful as they can be. The problem doesn't lie with the staff, it lies with corporate or whomever controls the purse strings. The rooms have well exceeded their sell by date. The carpets are so worn out and, in some places, sticky - yes sticky!. The curtains are stained from years of humidity and rarely do they close completely. I thought my stay recently may have been a one off and came back again the next week. It was not a one off! I went to the first room and it reeked of smoke and the carpets were sticky. The bathroom looked like it had come out of a nursing home and it was clear the counter top had a very poor glue job. I requested another room and the lady at the desk was kind enough to accommodate. The new room was almost as bad as the first. I've decided I won't be visiting them again until a remodel is advertised.
