Front lounge with TV, DVD player. Main bedroom with queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. Open plan living, kitchen and dine. Fully self contained kitchen with microwave, dishwasher. Relaxing living area with R/C air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR. Board games and videos available to use. 2nd bedroom with one queen bed and two singles. 3rd bedroom and 4th bedrooms have two single beds in each. Bedrooms all have ceiling fans. Main bathroom, shower with separate bath, separate toilet. Laundry has an automatic washing machine and dryer.
Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations.
Fully enclosed backyard, room for the dog. Allowed outside only. Barbecue and outdoor setting. Double garage.

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
