"Massimo's property is a really lovely place to end the day and relax.
Breakfast was perfect to get us fueled up for a long day of walking ahead!
Beautiful view from the bedroom balcony and great communication from a wonderful host.
Taxi's are easy around Gozo, but when visiting Victoria the bus is also convenient. "

"My stay at The Radisson Blu Golden Sands was exceptional. I found the staff to be congenial, extremely helpful, the location is perfect. I wanted to move in😎"
"Great location & large well appointed room. Staff were super helpful. Loved being able to swim right from the hotel complex and having multiple restaurants on our doorstep. After making our last min booking before we travelled I got a bit worried that I'd made the wrong choice for a quiet couple in our 40s but Verdi turned out to be perfect for us. Hard Rock building works didn't disturb us. It's far enough from Paceville that that didn't bother us either. Multiple pools but we didn't need them as we snorkelled in the sea instead. Two tips: they give you pool towels so no need to bring these. Ask for the gate code from reception so you can easily get through to all the areas in the complex."
"Absolutely fantastic hotel, very clean and modern. Everything is excellent but nothing compares to the staff who are ALL amazing. The most friendly, helpful people you will meet, nothing is too much trouble. They definitely made our stay.
The area is great whether you go towards the Spinola Area or the 20 minute walk to Sliema through the back streets which brings you out right near the ferry terminal.
The Sundeck roof top pool is lovely and very clean. The only gripe is the people who put the complimentary towels on the loungers early in the morning and disappear till sometimes the afternoon. Very annoying and unfair. Counted 12 empty loungers one morning around 10am with only 4 people in the pool. Thankfully there is an adults only area upstairs that people don't rush to so we used that a few times.
We didn't book breakfast as we prefer to try different places or wait till lunch. We did try once, the choices were excellent, lots of different foods on offer. It was quite expensive for the small amount we eat for breakfast so we didn't bother again.
I would highly recommend this hotel for any kind of break for all travellers but didn't seem an awful lot for younger children other than swimming. The Sundeck pool was for 16 years and above but the lower pool was bigger and looked ok for children."
"The staff were outstanding! They were professional and very responsive. The property is in an excellent location with 6 restaurants on site, options for day trips and some great pool spaces + access to the sea. The rooms were comfortable, with a nice balcony, and we did the breakfast included. (The pillows are awful!!!) The downside, a HUGE construction project happening adjacent to the hotel. We stayed 5 nights, and the first three night we were awoken by what sounded like furniture moving from 12am-3am or 4am. Finally the fourth night it settled. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."
"Hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing, highly recommend that. Staff was very helpful as well, offering suggestions for activities. This is a more quitet part of the island, so not really within walking distance of much, but the ubers & taxis were reasonably priced around 20 to 25 euro would get you in to Valetta."
