“Took over one hour 30 min to check in. Food was terrible. Room service had very limited options, took long and sometimes forgot to deliver order. Chicken at the lunch buffet was served with feathers on it. Staff appeared to be nonchalant about issues raised. They offered a romantic dinner to passify but no one came to take us to the dinner dispite calling and front desk and informing that we were dressed and ready. Total disaster.
