The hotel has no customer service considerations in any way. There was a statewide restriction on movement on the day of my checkout. Given this situation, I requested that I stay in the room until 3 pm when the restriction was over, considering no guests would be coming into the hotel at that time due to the restriction. The hotel insisted that I make a half-day payment to remain in the room. I considered their action very inconsiderate.

I liked everything about my stay except the television issue, there were no premium channels and its centrally controlled so you cant make a choice of what to watch or listen to. Meanwhile there are TVs in every room.

I love the room I stay and the view of the room but there leaks in the bathroom all through are stay. We put a do not disturb sign on door there still knocking. The food sometime cold not cook properly and was charged uncessary fees on are food bill thru out are stay .they really try to get over you with the food bill and give different prices then what on the menu that you download. Also got laundry done they quote a price from the first laundry person the give to another person making the bill more. Not happy with these few things.

En las duchas la presión del es bajísima, la comida con un exceso de picante, los empleados no se enteran de nada, el pero hotel que he visitado en Lagos los últimos 5 años. Al salir me exigieron el pago de 6% más por usar Visa y ni me dieron una factura...

Nice hotel.
Nice, little, modern hotel. Spent only one night here and was quite satisfied with the experience. Room service was quick and general service was very good. Had some difficulty at check in because somehow, Hotels.com sent my booking to their sister hotel in the same neighborhood. GM came to see me at checkout because of my check in woes - though not their faukt it seems - she was quite interested to ensure I left her hotel with a positive impression which I though was quite good. No hotel sign on the outside when I arrived which made it a little tricky to find. Apparently, they're working on putting up a new one at the moment. Overall experience was good. I recommend it.
